Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
• To place your order, cart out your desired item(s).
• To confirm your order, a window payment period of 12 hours is provided for customers who opt to pay by bank transfer. Following which, failure to make payment during the stipulated time frame will result in your order being automatically cancelled.
• Payment methods accepted are: ATM Transfer, internet banking, interbank transfer and Paypal.
• Should you select to pay by ATM Transfer, a snapshot of the receipt is to be attached when you submit your payment details.
• Interbank transfers would take up to 3 working days to be verified.
• Strictly no changes to design/size/colour once payment has been made.
• We are unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed.
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
• Any excess from postage cost (normal or registered mail by Singpost) will not be entertained. Due to the different models and wide sizes we have, postage costs will differ depending on the weight of the item. We charge a price point that is fair to all our customers.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
• All exchanges due to defective/faulty/incorrect item have to be mailed back within 7 working days from the day parcel was delivered.
• We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please refer to the template shown below to contact us regarding this matter. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
• An exchange will only be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty
• A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
• Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
• We will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
• Regarding your exchange, kindly drop our Customer Care team an email in the following format:
Subject: Exchange for Order Number #(Please include your order number)
Item: (Item Name, Colour and Size)
Reason for exchange: Incorrect Size Delivered/Incorrect Item Delivered/Defective Item
Kindly attach pictures of the incorrect/defective item.
VOUCHERS/DISCOUNT CODES/CREDIT NOTES
▪ Voucher/Discount Codes/Credit Notes issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature. If it is not utilized within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. (unless otherwise stated)
▪ Vouchers/Discount Codes/Credit Notes are only valid if they are inputted during check out.
▪ The value of each individual Voucher/Credit Note has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
▪ Vouchers/Discount Codes/Credit Notes cannot be used for Sale Items or for the purchase of Gift Cards.
▪ Customers can track available vouchers by logging into their accounts.
• Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
• A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
